This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 19 days in filing the appeal.

2. Mr.R.Krishnaswamy, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent has no objection for allowing this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and upon hearing the learned counsel appearing on either side, we are inclined to condone the above said delay.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.

5. The Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same 'for admission' on 25.08.2025.
