This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 310 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal against the Judgment of acquittal dated 24.04.2024 passed in C.C.No.115 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court, Kallakurichi.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 310 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
