ORDER

This petition is filed seeking to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioners as per their representation letter dated 14.11.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the second petitioner is in love with one Merlyn Shekena; the first petitioner is the mother of the second petitioner; in this regard, the mother of the said girl has given a complaint on false allegation; since the father of the girl is a police officer, the petitioners are being harassed by the respondent police.

3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that on the complaint given by the de facto complainant, current paper enquiry has been initiated and the same has been closed; the respondent may not require the appearance of the petitioners any more and the same may be recorded.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate that the appearance of the petitioners is no longer required, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
