ORDER

This revision arises from the order of the trial Court in I.A.No.2 of 2019 in O.S.No.19 of 2018 filed by the third defendant/respondent seeking rejection of certain documents. The said application was allowed on 13.08.2019, aggrieved by which, the plaintiffs have filed the present revision petition.

2. The counsel for the revision petitioners/plaintiffs would submit that on 03.12.2020, the suit in O.S.No.19 of 2018 was dismissed as settled out of Court and hence, offers to dismiss the present revision petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
