This petition is filed to condone the delay of 73 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.T.Chandrasekaran, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr.K.Venkataramani, learned Senior Counsel appearing for Mr.M.Muthappan, learned counsel for the first respondent and Mr.C.S.K.Sathish, learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent.

The delay is 73 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 73 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
