O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition directing the second respondent to effect a separate service connection to the petitioner's right side front shop in Ground floor in premises Door No.3, Meeran Sahib Street, Narasingapuram Mount Road, Chennai-600 002 under the Electricity Act 2003 read with Regulation 27 (4) of the Tamil Nadu Electricity Distribution Code 2004.

2. In the counter affidavit filed by the second respondent, it is stated that the petitioner has to produce certain documents and the same has been listed in paragraph 4 of the affidavit.

3. The petitioner would state that he will comply with all the conditions imposed by the respondent board as stated in paragraph 4 of the counter affidavit.

4. If the same is complied with, then only the petitioner's application can be considered.

5. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
