PRAYER:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India prays to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent Bank to hand over the physical possession of the properties conveyed vide sale certificate registered no.840 of 2019 namely Item No.1 land measuring 3000 Sq.feet in Old Ward no.3 New Ward No.16, Veerapandi Village in S.F.No.175 Site No.63, in J.J.Nagar Karattur Veerapandi Village Gopichettipalayam Erode, and item no.2, Land and building measuring 3000 sq.ft in Old Ward No.3, New Ward no.16, Veerapandi Village S.F.No.175 site no.64, in J.J.Nagar Karattur Veerapandi Vilage Gopichettipalayam Erode to the petitioner.

[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN,J.,] The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the possession of the auction property has been handed over to him and the writ petitioner has also accepted the same in full and complete satisfaction.
2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent has also submitted a communication of the auction purchaser dated 07.12.2019 addressed to the Assistant General Manager, SBI Vinayaganagar Branch, Madurai 625 050.
3. In the light of the said development, nothing remains for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
