3. Despite the receipt of notice, the sole respondent neither appeared nor entered appearance through his counsel.

4. The petitioner would aver that due to administrative reasons, delay of 230 days occurred in preferring the civil miscellaneous appeal.

5. As the reasons assigned by the petitioner appears to be reasonable and acceptable, this Court is inclined to allow this petition on payment of cost of Rs.500/- payable in favour of the High Court Legal Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 03.12.2025.
