O R D E R
The petitioner, who is physically challenged person, has submitted a representation to permit her to establish a small bunk stall in the premises of the third respondent. The third respondent Rajiv Gandhi General Hospital, Chennai, obviously will not come within the Corporation of Chennai. Further more, this Court cannot issue any direction to enable the petitioner to set up a bunk stall inside the hospital campus. Therefore, to that extent the prayer sought for by the petitioner is rejected.
2. However, there will be a direction to the appropriate authority of the Corporation of Chennai to consider the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
