Considering the fact that the petitioner has filed a suit only for recovery of amount from the Power Agent/first respondent, payments are also made within Chennai and substantial cause of action arises within the jurisdiction of this Court; and only the first defendant is residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court, leave is granted and this application is Ordered as prayed for.
