Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.12.2018 to conduct enquiry and pass appropriate orders in respect of the remove the name of the respondents 4 to 7 in patta Patta No.1031 and 1560 in Billankullam, Veppanthanttai Taluk, Perambalur District. ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.12.2018 to conduct enquiry and pass appropriate orders in respect of removing the name of the respondents 4 to 7 in Patta No.1031 and 1560 in Billankullam, Veppanthanttai Taluk, Perambalur District.

2. Heard, M/s.T.Dharani, the learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.A.M.Ayyadurai, Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 04.12.2018 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and respondents 4 to 8 herein and giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
