J., This petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the statutory original deposit receipt in the above CMA which was preferred against the award passed in MCOP.No.177/2018 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, chief Judicial Magistrate, Perambalur.

2. Mr.T.Gobinath, learned counsel, takes notice for the respondent.

3. The affidavit filed in support of this petition has been perused and on being satisfied with reasons stated therein, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly this petition is allowed.
