This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 02.11.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that under the pretext of enquiry, the respondent police is unnecessarily harassing the petitioner.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police on instructions, submitted that the complainant in this case withdrew the complaint and based on the same, further action on the complaint has been dropped and as on date, no complaint is pending against the petitioner.
