The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the fourth respondent to release the fifth installment of the education loan in respect of petitioner's Education Loan Account no.162000289878, based on the petitioner's representation dated 19.08.2024 and dated 09.09.2024. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner made representations to the fourth respondent seeking to release the fifth installment of the Education loan and since there was no response has this writ petition.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if this Court issue direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 19.08.2024 and 09.09.2024 and to pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time frame.

4.Considering the limited request now made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 19.08.2024 and 09.09.2024 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.This writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
