These writ miscellaneous petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 180 days in filing the review petitions against the impugned order dated 12.04.2022 made in W.P. Nos.25679 of 2008 & 8588 of 2009.

2. Mr.L.Jaivenkatesh, learned standing counsel takes notice for TNEB/R2 to R4.

It has been stated by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the impugned order was passed in the absence of the petitioner and the petitioner was served a copy of the impugned order by virtue of it being annexed to the demand notice. It is not disputed by the petitioner as well as the respondents that this court has directed to collect charges from the respondents/petitioner. Therefore, the order is sought to be reviewed in the writ petitions.

Asr petitioner depositing a sum of Rs.32,07,863/- to the credit of W.P. Nos.25679 of 2008 & 8588 of 2009 before this court and the same shall be kept in any of the Nationalised Banks fetching interest, within a period of one month, to give a fair chance to the petitioner to advance further arguments. If the petitioner fails to pay the amount, within the stipulated time, the review petition will be automatically dismissed, without further reference to the court.
