The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 19.08.2023 for the offences punishable under Section 392 of IPC @ 395 IPC in Crime No.306 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that two unknown persons, who came in a pulsar bike snatched the chain from the wife of the defacto complainant, while they were returning home in a two wheeler bearing registration No.PYO1 CG 8704. The defacto complainant lodged a complaint and FIR has been registered by the respondent police. During the course of investigation, petitioner herein was arrested and remanded to judicial custody. 3.It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he was falsely implicated in this case. He further stated that the petitioner is a college student studying DME in Sri Krishna Polytechnic College, Dindigul. mkn2/sli 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) stated that there are three previous cases against the petitioner herein and A1, A2 and A3 are detained under Act 14 of 1982. Thus, he prayed for dismissal of the petition. 5.In view of these facts, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner herein.
