The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in S.C.No.73 of 2016, which is pending before the Sub-Court, Ulundurpet, wherein charges were framed under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 326, 341 & 307 of IPC.
2. Since the petitioners did not appear before the Court at the time of arguments on 20.07.2023, Non-bailable Warrant was made issued.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners stated that the Presiding Officer was on leave and the case was called by the Court Officer. He further stated that though the petitioners were present their presence were not noted. But however, since Non-bailable Warrant had been issued, the petitioners will have to necessarily surrender before the said Court.
