The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition to direct the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation submitted by him dated 20.02.2016, for disbursal of gratuity and other retirement benefits to him. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the writ petitioner was working in the second respondent Sangham and after completing 24 years of service, he was allowed to retire from service on 31.07.2015, on attaining the age of superannuation. However, the gratuity amount due to the writ petitioner has not been disbursed to him till date. In this regard, the writ petitioner has also submitted a representation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the first respondent on 20.02.2016 and the same is yet to be considered. Thus, the petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition, for the aforementioned relief. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 20.02.2016 and pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
