This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to give police protection to the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 09.09.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the official respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. Though this Court ordered notice and private notice to the respondents 3 and 4 on 14.10.2024, the petitioner has not taken effective steps to send private notice to the respondents 3 and 4 and proof of service has not been filed so far. The petitioner is not interested in

prosecuting the matter.

4. In view of the same, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
