Respondents in Contempt Petition/ Sub Application Contempt petition filed under section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act,1971, to punish the respondents for the violation and disobedience to the order of this Hon'ble Court dated 07.08.2019 made in W.P.No.7418 of 2018. Sub Application No.521 of 2019 To order an interim direction directing the contemnors to deposit mu backages right from August 2016 onwards till date amounting to a sum of Rs.28,29,324/- (approximately) pending disposal of the main Contempt Petition.

ORDER

The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed in W.P.No.7418 of 2018 dated 07.08.2019, came forward to file the present contempt petition.

The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the first respondent has filed an appeal in W.A.No.3753 of 2019 dated 25.11.2019 and the same has been partly allowed by this Hon'ble Court. Hence nothing survives in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. Consequently Sub Application is also closed.
