The petitioner has filed this petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to revise the petitioner's pension and other retirement benefits calculated on the basis of the pay scale of Assistant Director of Industrial Co-operatives with effect from 1998-1999.

2.The respondents have filed counter stating that the petitioner was given promotion as Assistant Director (Industrial Cooperatives) for the panel year 1998-99 and his salary was revised and the retirement benefits to the tune of Rs.2,99,925/-, towards Death cum Retirement Gratuity of Rs.2,98,989/- towards commutation of pension of Rs.4,766/- (+) from the date of retirement with effect from 01.07.2006 have been settled by the Accountant General in the promoted post of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Assistant Director (Industrial Cooperatives). 3.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs.
