Application No.5208 of 2022 is filed seeking permission to carry out the amendments in the plaint by impleading the proposed plaintiffs 3 and 4 in the suit.

2. It is seen that an impleading application filed in Application No.3942 of 2022 was already allowed. This is only a consequential amendment application.

Therefore, this Court is inclined to allow this application.

3. Plaintiff is directed to carry out the amendment and file amended plaint.
