On 15.07.2019, out of a sum of Rs.16,00,000/- (Rupees Sixteen Lakhs only), the learned counsel for the respondents has paid Rs.14,50,000/- which was acknowledged by the counsel for the applicant. The balance amount of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One lakh and Fifty thousand only) was directed to be paid on or before 24.07.2019 in full quit as full and final settlement and the matter was posted "For Reporting Compliance" on 31.07.2019.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the matter has been settled by the respondent. He has also made an endorsement in the application to that effect.
