When the matter came up for hearing today, the petitioners as well as the second respondent/defacto complainant are personally present before this Court and identified themselves. They also produced their Aadhar Card bearing Nos.4318 3217 0843, 9173 1854 6777 and 6278 0903 4313 respectively. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel for the second respondent and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that pending proceedings in STC No.911 of 2018 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumpudur, the second respondent/de-facto complainant and the petitioners have amicably settled the issue among themselves and the de-facto complainant has also filed a compromise affidavit dated 25.10.2019 stating that he has no objection if the proceedings in STC No.911 of 2018 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumpudur is quashed. 4.Recording the statements made by the defacto complainant in the affidavit filed by him dated 25.10.2019, the entire proceedings in STC No.911 of 2018 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumpudur is quashed.
