2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been closed in 09.10.2019.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present Contempt petition stands closed, since there is no willful disobedience on the part of the respondent. The petitioner is granted liberty to challenge the closure report in accordance with law, if he chooses to do so.
