The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent to receive the application of the petitioner dated 01.02.2016 in Form CCPA and the prescribed fee for the grant of Autorickshaw permit and to consider the same.
2.Mr.A.Zakir Hussain, learned Government Advocate taking notice for the respondent submitted that the respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's application in accordance with law.
3.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondent to receive the petitioner's application dated 01.02.2016 in Form-CCPA and the prescribed fee for the grant of Autorickshaw permit and to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
