2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondent.

Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the order of this Court, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has passed an order dated 28.11.2019 in this regard in Civil Appeal Nos.10030-10189 of 2017 and etc., cases and therefore nothing survives further in this petition.

4. In view of the above submission, nothing further survives for adjudication in this Contempt Petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
