ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J) Instant writ petition is for a mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 and 2 from granting any license to locate a government liquor shop in Plot No.13, in Survey No.482/4 Part, Parthasarathi Nagar, Sengundram Village, Chengalpattu Taluk, Kancheepuram District, on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 29.07.2017.

2. On this day, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.P.Arumuga Rajan learned standing counsel for TASMAC/2nd respondent submitted that proposal to locate a government liquor shop in Plot No.13, in Survey No.482/4 Part, Parthasarathi Nagar, Sengundram Village, Chengalpattu Taluk, Kancheepuram District, has been dropped. To that effect Deputy Collector / District Manager, TASMAC, Kancheepuram, has filed a counter affidavit.

3. In view of the above, nothing remains in the instant writ petition, for adjudication. Hence, instant writ petition is dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, the connected writ miscellaneous petitions are closed.
