ORDER
This Criminal Revision Case has been filed by the petitioner, as against the order, dated 10.10.2019, passed by the first respondent, whereby summons under Section 107 Cr.P.C. was issued against the petitioner to show cause as to why he should not be required to enter into bond for Rs.50,000/- with two sureties for a likesum for a period of one year, in order to maintain peace.
2. Heard both sides.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that for the summons issued under Section 107 Cr.P.C by the first respondent, the petitioner had already submitted his reply, on 14.10.2019.

4. According to the learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing on behalf of the respondents, the petitioner was directed to appear on 15.10.2019, for which the petitioner had submitted his reply on 14.10.2019 and such reply would be considered by the authorities and if required, the petitioner has to appear before the respondents, for further enquiry.
5. In view of the said submission, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of, with a direction to the respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if need be, the petitioner shall appear before the authorities, in person, for further enquiry. Consequently the connected Crl.MP is closed.
