ORDER

The prayer sought for in this present petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.03.2016 in accordance with law.

2. The representation given by the petitioner herein is for negative prayer to refrain the Police from providing protection to the fifth respondent herein. It is seen that the petitioner herein has filed O.S.No.45 of 2015 on the file of District Munsif Court, Attur in respect of Arulmighu Mandha @ Mangal Mariyamman Koil, Anna Nagar, Ulipuram Post, Gangavelli Taluk,

3. While that being so, it is not appropriate for this court to entertain such a prayer. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved, it is open to him to approach the concerned Civil Court seeking for necessary protection.

4. With above observations, this Writ Petition stands closed. Consequently, Connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
