This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to change the seat for the Parayapatti Pudur Panchayat President from the Scheduled caste (Women) by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 21.03.2017. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the representation of the petitioner was considered on 28.03.2017 and the copy of the order has been served to the petitioner and acknowledgment to that effect has also been filed.

In such view of the matter, nothing survives in this writ petition and the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a copy of the order passed by the respondent/District Collector. Since the period of election in the particular area is over, the respondents shall consider the grievance of the petitioner for future election.
