(This case has been heard through video conference) When the matter is taken up today, Mr.Ramachandran representing Mr.J.Franklin, learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case Notice of Motion was ordered on 22.07.2017 and in the meanwhile, the Suit in O.S.No.666 of 2007 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Salem was disposed by the trial Court. Thereby, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision.

4. Recording the above submission that the Suit in O.S.No.666 of 2007 has already been disposed, this Civil Revision Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. 17.04.2021 ksa-2 To The Principal District Munsif Court, Salem.
