.. Respondents This case came up for settlement before the Lok Adalat. Both the parties are present. Mr.M.Chidambaram, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Ganesha Murthi, the learned counsel for the first respondent are present. TERMS OF SETTLEMENT Both sides present. A joint memo of compromise duly signed by the parties and their advocates has been filed.

2. As per the terms of the compromise, the first respondent agrees to forgo 75% of the backwages and receive 25% of the same amounting to Rs.3,54,476/-. The petitioner also agrees to reinstatement of the first respondent with continuity of service besides agreeing to pay PF contribution to the PF Trust towards

non-employment period from the date of dismissal to the date of re-instatement of the first respondent.

3. On the above terms of compromise, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as settled. Joint Memo shall form part of the record.
