ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in crime No.1319 of 2016 on the file of the first respondent.

The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent / police submitted that after completing investigation in crime No.1319 of 2016 on the file of the first respondent, final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Poonamallee on 23.12.2022, which was thereafter taken on file in CC.No.206 of 2023. 3.

Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
