This petition has been filed to relax the condition 7(a) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 am until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.21657 of 2024 on 05.09.2024 in Cr.No.227 of 2024 on the file of respondent.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made on both sides and nature of offences and the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail and the investigation is almost completed, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first day of English Calendar month for a period of three months.

Accordingly, ordered.
