ORDER
This petition has been filed to call for the records in C.C.No.2147 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Coimbatore and quash the same against this petitioner.
2. When the case was taken up, learned counsel for either side submitted that the trial has already commenced.
3. Since the Trial is already commenced, this Court is not inclined to quash the final report filed in C.C.No.2147 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-IV, Coimbatore. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought indulgence of the Court, to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioner.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the personal appearance of the petitioner is dispensed with except for receiving copies, for answering the charges, for questioning under section 313 Cr.P.C. and any other dates fixed by Page 2 / 4
