2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court, by an order dated 27.09.2024, has ordered bail petition. However, in para 1 of the order copy, due to a typographical error, the Sections were wrongly incorporated. Hence, he prayed for suitable directions.

3. Considering the above submission, the error is corrected and the para 1 of the order and shall be read as follows: "The petitioner/A-3, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 23.08.2024 for the offences under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B) of the NDPS Act, in Crime No.130 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail."

4. All other conditions imposed on the petitioner shall remain intact except for the above said correction.
