K.G.Radhakrishna Panikar and Others, instead of citing it as 1998 (5) SCC 111 it has been cited as 1988 SCC (L&S) 1281.

2. In the light of the submission made, it should be read as Union of India Vs. K.G.Radhakrishna Panikar and Others [1998 (5) SCC 111] and the said correction is to be carried out in paragraph nos.6 and 8 of the final order.
