A memo dated 27.11.2025 signed by both appellants and also by the counsel for the appellant has been filed praying to dismiss the Appeal as not pressed and when the matter is taken up today, learned counsel appearing for the appellants has also made an endorsement in the Grounds of Appeal seeking permission to withdraw the Appeal and refund of court fee paid.
