The petition has been filed seeking Succession Certificate relating to the securities which have been described in the schedule to the petition belonging to the father of the 3 petitioners, V.Srinivasan, who

died intestate on 25.07.2017. The mother of the 3 petitioners had died earlier, on 08.05.2017.

The 1st and 2nd petitioners have filed consent affidavit, consenting that Succession Certificate may be issued in the name of the 3rd petitioner.

After following due procedure, the petitioners were directed to tender evidence and accordingly, the 1st petitioner examined himself as P.W.1, he marked the death certificate of his parents and legalheirship certificate of his father as Exs.P1, P2 and P3 respectively. The documents relating to the share and securities certificates were marked as Exs.P4, P5 and P6.

Taking into consideration the nature of evidence recorded, the Original Petition stands allowed and Succession Certificate is directed to be issued to the 3rd petitioner with power to collect the debts and to receive the interest and dividends thereon and negotiate and transfer the

securities as specified in the schedule hereunder on payment of appropriate succession duty, if not paid earlier. Index :Yes/No gsa APPENDIX Petitioner's witness:
