This petition has been filed for extension of time to comply the conditions imposed upon the petitioners in the order dated 05.09.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.21681 of 2024 by this Court.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that he was unable to comply the order of the Court due to his ill health conditions, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month. Accordingly, ordered.
