2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that though this Court allowed the petition on 16.03.2020, in Paragraph No.5 of the said order, it has been wrongly typed as "disposed of". Learned counsel for the petitioner also sought to extend the time till the end of December, 2021, instead of May, 2021 as stated in the order and the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are shown to be allowed, as the same have to be closed.

3. Finding justification in the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the entire Paragraph No.5 of the order dated 16.03.2020 is substituted to read as under:

"5. It is seen that the suit is of the year 2009 and nearly, eleven years have gone by. Hence, while granting liberty to the parties to eschew and raise objection, these Civil Revision Petitions are allowed, with a direction to the Trial Court to expedite the trial in the suit, proceed with the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/

S. VAIDYANATHAN.J, dpq trial on day-to-day basis without adjourning it beyond three working days at any point of time and bring the issue to a logical end as expeditiously as possible, preferably on or before the end of December, 2021. No costs. Consequently connected Civil Miscellaneous petitions are closed."

4. Except the above modification, the remaining part of the order shall remain unaltered.
