This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry in connection with the complaint made by one Mr.Sargunam on the file of 2nd respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that under the pretext of enquiry, the respondent police is unnecessarily harassing the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that after enquiry, the complaint given against the petitioner has been closed based on the undertaking given by the petitioner and as on date, no complaint is pending against the petitioner.
