[Order of the Court is made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that pursuant to the directions issued by this Court on 30.09.2024, an administrative decision has been taken by the Government to transfer the prisoner from Central Prison, Vellore to Central Prison, Madurai. It is further contended that the order of the Government will be implemented soon.
