This Criminal original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram to complete the trial within a time frame preferably two months in C.C.No.115 of 2010 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram. 2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram, to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.115 of 2010 in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
