The petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Para.6(b) of the order made in Crl.O.P.No.21929 of 2024 dated 10.09.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner had signed before the respondent police only one day, in the mean time another criminal case has been filed against the petitioner.

3. Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the petitioner sustained shoulder injury and he was admitted in hospital, this Court is inclined to modify the condition 6(b) imposed against the petitioner. Accordingly, the condition 6(b) is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the jurisdictional Magistrate from 04.10.2024 at 10.30.a.m. on all working days until further orders, the other conditions imposed by this Court are remain intact.
