Crl.M.P. No.13620 of 2024 in Crl.O.P. No.15077 of 2024 P. DHANABAL, J.

The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Para.7(b) in the order made in Crl.O.P.No.15077 of 2024 dated 28.06.2024 that the 1st petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Sunday morning at 10.30 a.m. until further order. Further, the 2nd and 3rd petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the nature of offence, investigation was completed and the petitioners have complied with the condition without fail, therefore, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in toto.

Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is ordered.
