The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition to direct the second respondent to consider the representation submitted by her dated 23.03.2015 for grant of selection and special grade to her by taking into consideration of the service

rendered by her as Primary School head Master and accordingly re-fix her pay.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submitted that the writ petitioner was appointed as Secondary Grade Teacher on 06.10.1988 and thereafter she was awarded Selection Grade on 06.10.1998.

Subsequently, the writ petitioner was promoted to the post of Headmaster of Primary Elementary School and further promoted as Graduate Assistant and to the post of Panchayat Union Middle School Headmaster. However, the claim of the writ petitioner is that her Selection Grade and Special Grade in the post of Primary School Headmaster have not been accorded to her based on the Government Orders. In this regard, the writ petitioner submitted a representation on 23.03.2015, to the second respondent and since the same is yet to be considered, the petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition, for the aforementioned relief. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 23.03.2015 and pass appropriate orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
