O R D E R

This Court, by order dated 12.10.2023, directed the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Washermenpet Range, Chennai as well as Assistant Commissioner of Police, CCB, Chit and Kandhuvatti Investigation Wing, Chennai to file their status report. In response to the same, they also filed a status report giving explanation. From the report it is seen that there is no laxity on the part of the respondent police.

2.Now the learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.
