This petition has been filed to extend the time to execute the sureties by another two weeks in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.

11547 of 2024 dated 09.05.2024 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that he was unable to mobilise the funds due to poor financial conditions, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month.

Accordingly, ordered.
